- In Person or By Mail: Request forms are available at City Hall. Completed forms may be delivered in person or sent through the mail.
- Written Requests: Requests may be submitted in writing to any City staff member. Written submissions can include email, fax, or mailed correspondence.

To be considered a valid request for public records, all submissions must be made in writing and directed to the City.
